Question: How do I pay?
Answer: You can pay using a major credit card, check or PayPal.

Question: How much does it cost if I want to order more then one item with the same imprint?
Answer: Although this may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer; if you order more then one item with the same imprint, there is usually no extra charge, you just pay for the one imprint on all items.

Question: How long will it take until I receive my order?
Answer: Most orders are received with three(3) weeks from the date that you authorize the order.

Question: Why is the shipping so expensive?
Answer: All of our products are shipped directly from Israel. They are shipped using the Israel postal service E.M.S.
